Sparring
Sparring classes at Brand X will teach you to defend yourself under pressure - when it counts the most. Come in and try out a class today! Sparring class is held Friday nights from 7:30-8p.
No experience necessary. Learn what works during this 6-week Krav Maga style sparring course. Minimum age is 13 years.
